SaaS License Server
One of our clients had already started an application in Win Forms, so web based was not an option for them.
Their concern was that if they release a downloadable demo, there would be nothing to entice users to buy the real version.
We designed a licensing API which when called on application start up, would send back the licensing status of that application.
This meant they could put the application into beta mode remotely or have people sign up to get a license key for their machine.
